The main focus of mentorship is to develop the all-round personality of the students and to make them more professionally competent and responsible citizens by the time they leave the university. Each faculty member functions as a counselor for a group of students during the entire period of their study in the university. The teachers assist the students to cope up with the curriculum, academic stress, participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, solve personal issues, as well as groom their skills and assist in their personality development.
