The University has embarked on the policy of ‘Doing it right the first time itself’ which will help both of us - you and the University - in terms of time, cost and quality ultimately resulting in high efficiency and productivity.
The University has, on the basis of past experience, decided to take the under mentioned pro-active steps. The study centres are hereby instructed to strictly follow the under mentioned in the good interest of yourself, students and the University.
The Study Centres shall:
- Ensure the norms & procedures, rules and regulations and the parameters mentioned in our website are followed and complied with in totality. These have been updated on our website recently. The study centres may witness surprise inspections and visits by the officials of the University in the coming days to verify the same.
- Follow the instructions given in the admission forms thoroughly and send in the recently updated application forms only. These are available on the website. Do ensure that these are only for the courses mentioned in the website. They shall be sent only after all the columns are filled in and verified by the centre head.
- The centres shall also ensure that they accept applications only which meet the eligibility conditions, and are accompanied by all valid and required documents and fees. The reasons for the rejection of forms, given at the end of the forms, shall be eliminated at the centre’s end itself.
- The University shall not entertain the documents which have been faxed or mailed for verification / eligibility / any other such relevant purposes.
- Each centre shall have the requisite infrastructure as per the requirement of the courses being authorized to run and shall enroll minimum 50 students per semester failing which their authorization could stand cancelled.
- Some centres have been inactive for two or more semesters. In order to continue their authorization, these centres shall inform the University on their own regarding their closure or shall seek renewal immediately.
- You shall positively acknowledge the receipt of this circular / notice and confirm these details: Your Study Centre’s Mobile No, email ID and Landline no. from your e-mail ID on the following e-mail ID info@iaseuniversity.org.in with the following mentioned in the subject line : Acknowledgement of Receipt of Circular dated Jan 15, 2008
- Any centre found violating any of the rules and regulations, misrepresenting and / or misleading the facts shall be dealt strictly accordingly which could result into legal proceedings and / or to the extent of closure of the centre as deemed fit by the university.
